Sandwich Bread for the Mini Zo Bread Machine

Ingredients

1 teaspoon instant yeast

1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons sugar

1 1/4 teaspoons salt

1/4 cup (57g) lukewarm milk

2 tablespoons (25g) vegetable oil or 2 tablespoons (28g) butter

2/3 cup (152g) lukewarm water

2 1/2 cups (283g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

Directions

Place all ingredients into the pan of your machine, and program the machine for Basic White Bread. Press start.

Remove the bread when it's done, and turn it out of the pan onto a rack to cool.
